Return Policy
- No exchanged/refunds on Made-to-Order Items.
- In stock merchandise can be returned.
- Return Shipping is at Customers expense.
- Returns must be received within 10 days to be credited a refund. Refund amount will NOT include original shipping amount. Credit amount will only be the cost of item(s) and any applicable tax.
- We recommend getting a tracking number and/or insurance for your return in case the package it lost during transit . We are not liable for packages lost in transit. Ship at your own risk.
- Returnable items MUST be in same unworn condition.
- Returns process same day as received. After processing, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment , effective immediately.
- Garment Dust bag must be returned with item in original condition. If bag is not received back or received in a condition outside of the original; customer will incur a $15 fee, which will be subtracted from return credit amount .
- Any merchandise with strong odors/ perfume, makeup, spray tan, dirt, stains, oils, rips/tears, tampered/broken security tape or unreasonably amount of broken threads will NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN THESE CONDITIONS WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND NOT CREDITED.

- Any order Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of purchase time via email : orders@jurria.com
- If merchandise is defective but unworn please contact us via email at orders@jurria.com within 5 days of receiving your product.
